ACOUSTIGUIDE AUDIO TOURS
Enrich your next Museum visit with free Acoustiguide audio tours for the permanent collection and building. More than 125 random-access stops feature the Kimbell’s signature paintings and sculptures as well as Louis Kahn’s architectural masterpiece. About 25 family-friendly stops are designed for children ages 7 to 12. Pick up and return audio-tour wands at the downstairs Information desk. The Museum is also proud to present its new Acoustiguide mobile application. This app presents in-depth audio and visual information on 186 artworks in the Kimbell’s permanent collection from various periods and cultures. The app is user-friendly, allowing users to choose objects at random, to listen to either adult or child audio tour programs and to share their experiences through social media.
