Studio Five 90

SELECTED FRIDAYS, 5:00–6:30 PM

Open-format sessions mingle art-making and varied gallery activities to encourage fresh ways of looking at and responding to featured artworks and themes.


Free; advance registration is not required. Space is limited to 25 teen and adult participants. Sign up at the entrance to the education studios in the Renzo Piano Pavilion, beginning one hour before the program.

The Modern and Kimbell Collaborative
Studio Series: Kehinde Wiley and Portrait Making

SELECTED FRIDAYS, 5–8 PM

This collaborative studio series explores connections between the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth’s special exhibition Kehinde Wiley: A New Republic and old master portraits in the Kimbell’s permanent collection. Over the course of eight sessions, participants will enjoy gallery discussions at both museums and ongoing studio explorations led by two different local guest artists.
