This concert offers three cherished works by Schubert and Schumann. The great Fantasia in F minor for four-hands by Schubert will open the program, featuring special guest pianists Alessandro Deljavan, a favorite of Fort Worth audiences since winning a jury discretionary award in the 2013 Cliburn International Piano Competition, and Baya Kakouberi, an internationally renowned artist noted for her chamber music performances, recitals, and recordings. Gary Levinson, artistic director for the Chamber Music Society, on violin, and Andrés Díaz, an artistic member of the Chamber’s new Society Ensemble, on cello, complete the ensemble for Schubert’s Piano Trio No. 1.
